The Italian laws regulate the sales contract and the general rules for the conduct of the company’s business activity and governance.
The art objects offered are sold in the state in which they are with any related defects and small imperfections such as breakages or restorations. These characteristics cannot be considered decisive for disputes on the sale because antiques by their very nature may have been the subject of restoration and can never be considered hidden defects or counterfeiting of a lot.
